Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading or using Baby JC ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

Holniss grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Baby JC on Apple- or Google-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Subscriptions (Baby JC+)

• Baby JC+ is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are provided.
• Any free trial portion is forfeited if you upgrade to a paid version before the trial ends.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App — for example, by attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse-engineering it, or using it to harm others. Baby JC is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, or emergency services. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency line.

Your content

You retain ownership of journal entries, saved cards, and chats you create. You grant Holniss a limited right to store and process this content solely to provide the App's features.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Baby JC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holniss is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the new Terms.
